We have now posted the Registration Form on the 2014 Workshop webpage . It is actually an interactive form – just fill it out online and click “Submit” in the upper right corner and you are done. We will write back to confirm your registration and provide any supporting materials/documents that you may need, such as a letter for a Visa application.
